All services under one roof

According to the overall profile of IBT, our focus of activities lies in the development and realization of general planning orders in the areas of architecture, building services, modernization, building physics and energy consulting.

In addition to the tasks of general planning, also individual orders and partial tasks are carried out by our architects, engineers and freelance staff. Apart from planning and construction site supervision services, these also include the creation of color concepts, expert´s reports as well as tasks in the safety- and health-protection coordination in accordance with the German Construction Site Ordinance (Baustellenverordnung) etc.
