The two associations for constructional engineering and building services IBT Ingenieur- und Sachverständigengesellschaft mbH für Bauplanung und Gebäudetechnik and the PAN Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH für Bauplanung und Gebäudetechnik (founded in 1995) have increasingly been cooperating as general planners and in the field of project management since April 2006. Within three years the IBT and PAN team has grown from five to 35 employees.

As a young, independent enterprise whose main field of activity lies in the planning and  site supervision in industrial and special construction as well as in the high-end and residential market, we focus our creative and innovative ideas on your success – covering the whole range of services from engineering development, project management to construction supervision throughout all phases of the HOAI, the German Fee Ordinance of Architects and Engineers. Based on state-of-the-art technology, our main focus lies on holistic, ecological and energy-efficient building planning. In the past, we have restructured and modernized altogether approximately 33,000 apartments in occupied condition.
